Pet Policy
Estates at Canyon Ridge is a pet friendly community. We welcome dogs and cats, allowing two pets per apartment home with a Pet Deposit of $300 for one pet and $400 for two pets, a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300 for one pet and $400 for two pets, and Monthly Pet Rent of $20.00 Per Pet. Breed Restrictions do apply, so please contact the leasing office for specific details on the breed restrictions.
